Une grande gamme de kit d&rsquo;extraction avec billes magn\u00e9tique est compatible avec le robot. Apr\u00e8s formation, les utilisateurs peuvent utiliser le robot en acc\u00e8s libre apr\u00e8s r\u00e9servation sur notre <a href=\"https:\/\/genseq.umontpellier.fr\/WordPress\/grr\/\">GRR<\/a>. Chaque utilisateur vient avec son kit d&rsquo;extraction &amp; l&rsquo;ensemble des plastiques n\u00e9cessaires est fourni par la plateforme.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-469\" src=\"https:\/\/genseq.umontpellier.fr\/WordPress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/KFFlex-extraction-300x225.jpg\"  alt=\"KFFlex-extraction-300x225 Instruments\"  width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/> \u00a0 <img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-472\" src=\"https:\/\/genseq.umontpellier.fr\/WordPress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/KFFlex-billes-300x160.jpg\"  alt=\"KFFlex-billes-300x160 Instruments\"  width=\"300\" height=\"160\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>En compl\u00e9ment une thermomixeur Eppendorf avec adaptateur plaque 96, tubes 0.5ml ou tube 1.5ml est disponible, ainsi qu&rsquo;une scelleuse de plaque.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Dosage d&rsquo;acides nucl\u00e9iques<\/h3>\n<p><strong>La concentration et la puret\u00e9 des solution d&rsquo;acide nucl\u00e9ique peut \u00eatre estim\u00e9 \u00e0 la plateforme avec un Qubit monocanal ou un Qubit Flex avec 8 canaux. La plateforme fournis l&rsquo;ensemble des consommables n\u00e9cessaires au dosage Qubit (ie plastique et kit de dosage). Les kit ADN BR, ADN HS, ADNss, ARN et prot\u00e9ine sont disponibles \u00e0 la plateforme.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Un Nanodrop 8000 \u00e0 8 canaux est \u00e9galement mis gratuitement \u00e0 disposition.
